Our marriage certificate certifications are back from St. Thomas, and our agency said they are PERFECT! WOO-HOO!! This means that our dossier can now go to the state department and then the Chinese Consulate, which should take about 2 weeks, maybe 3 max. Then, we will be DTC! I am happy to say that without any more setbacks, we should certainly have our LID in the month of October!! So excited!

Relief...
