08-27-12 Fingerprinting at USCIS DONE!

08-30-12 Dossier paperwork reviewed by our agency...looks good! No changes. Now off to state certification!

09-01-12 Received I-797! Less than one week after fingerprints!

09-10-12 Received all state document certifications back!

09-26-12 Dossier sent to Chinese Consulate and state department for authentication

10-10-12 Agency has received completed authenticated dossier

Good News!

Just heard today that our homestudy has been written up, ready to be finalized and states we are approved to adopt a child from China! It is official now, on paper, ready to go to immigration and eventually China! So happy to be past this hurdle! Looks like we will be starting on Miss Mallorie's room this weekend! :)
